Séance 23rd September Perth Western Australia What a wonderful experience to be part of the séance held at the beautiful monastery. The night began with the usual security precautions with all sitters given a physical search and checked with the metal detector. We were then taken into the darkened chapel where David allocated seats to each person. All the equipment, binds, gags, cabinet and trumpets where then thoroughly checked by two sitters chosen at random. A board had been placed in front of the cabinet on the floor. Then the excitement began!. We sang our hearts out to lift the vibrations and welcome our spirit friends and were well and truly rewarded. The elegant William (David's guide) materialized and walked around the room answering questions from various sitters. I was privileged to have William touch my head. His hand was very large and bony and as solid and as firm as our hands. I have really been touched by spirit now! William departed and the cheeky Timmy put on a light show with the trumpets that was absolutely fantastic. He then walked around the room showing all the sitters his hand on an illuminated board. What a gorgeous character he is! We were then visited by Louis Armstrong who sang, tap danced and played the harmonica for us; Quentin Crisp who took a liking to Louis and nicknamed Anil "the pocket rocket". He was very entertaining and all the sitter laughing during his visit; and then we were sooooo honored to have David's very evolved guide, White Soaring Bird, materialize and bless us complete with Indian dance. It all went far too quickly and it was hard to believe we had been together for nearly two hours. At then end of the séance there was a loud thud and when the light was switched on, David's chair had been moved from the cabinet to outside on the board. All David's bindings were re-checked and found to be tight and the people checking noticed that his cardigan had been reversed with the bindings doing it up now appearing down his back when they had been down his chest. I am so blessed (literally & figuratively) and feel very honored to have been part of this wonderful experience. Thank you so much to Chris, Rochean, Anil, Silvana and David for a simply wonderful few days. Your workshops and lectures were fascinating, stimulating and motivating and the séance was just the "icing on the cake". To Christine and the committee of the Spiritualist Sanctuary, thank you for all your hard work that allowed us to participate in this totally uplifting experience.
